BJX51不銹鋼防爆接線箱工作條件：

c\空氣相對濕度不大于90%（+20℃時）；

BJX51不銹鋼防爆接線箱結構與特點
Structure and features
a．接線箱按照GB3836.1~3-2000標準要求設計制造，并經檢驗機關檢驗合格，頒發合格證；

b．接線箱可采用高強腐不銹鋼板焊接而成，或經濟型的鋼板焊接而成，進出線口方向、數量、端子數及公稱直徑可根據用戶要求任意變化，鋼管布線和電纜布線均可，電纜布線須配備電纜夾緊密封接頭。

3、安裝與維修
3, installation and repair
3．1安裝前應檢查銘牌上的技術數據是否與實際使用情況相符；
3.1 before installation should check the nameplate on the technical data is consistent with the actual;
3．2檢查所有緊固件是否有松動現象，如有松動應加以緊固；
3.2 check all fasteners are loose, if loose should be tightened;
3．3接線箱的內外接地必須良好可靠；

3．4安裝時需將電纜穿過密封圈、金屬墊圈、用壓緊螺母壓緊，保證密封及電纜不得松動，不使用的接線口應用密封圈和金屬墊片加以封堵；
3.4 installation requires a sealing ring, metal gasket, with a compression nut pressing cable passes through, to ensure the sealing and cable shall not be loose, the connection is not used by application of the sealing ring and the metal gasket to seal;
3．5維修檢查時必須先斷開電源后方可開蓋；
