BAY51-2*40W防爆熒光燈主要結(jié)構(gòu)
The main structure
熒光燈由燈具和接線盒兩部分組成，燈具兩端用鑄鋁合金壓鑄外殼，表面噴塑，燈芯部分為一整體，包括支架、燈管、鎮(zhèn)流器、啟輝器等，更換燈管時先斷開電源，然后打開端蓋，斷開安全電源插頭，將燈芯部分整體抽出。把燈管向彈簧側(cè)移動后，可將燈管取下。熒光燈外部裝有防塵罩。熒光燈為復合型結(jié)構(gòu)，燈具主腔為隔爆型結(jié)構(gòu)，接線腔為增安型。接線盒為隔爆型，電纜采用直接引入方式，電纜引入裝置從內(nèi)到外依次裝有密封圈、墊圈和壓緊螺母，適合電纜或鋼管布線。接線盒設(shè)有內(nèi)接地螺釘，燈具設(shè)有外接地螺釘。

5 use and repair
5.1安裝前應(yīng)檢查熒光燈銘牌上所列數(shù)據(jù)是否與實際使用條件相符；

5.2應(yīng)檢查電纜外徑是否適合密封圈尺寸；

5.3安裝前，將接線盒蓋和燈具引入裝置打開，把電纜一端接接線盒內(nèi)接

線端子上，把電纜另一端穿過管接頭及墊圈、密封圈到燈具接線腔內(nèi)接到接線端子上，將各部分連接好，把連接好的熒光燈固定在使用位置，把電源電纜線依次穿過引入裝置的壓緊螺母、墊圈和密封圈接至接線盒內(nèi)接線端子上，接好接地線，緊固壓緊螺母使電纜密封，不用的引入裝置用堵棒、密封圈及壓緊螺母密封好。合上接線盒蓋，緊固好螺栓即可使用；

5.4熒光燈不得隨意拆卸，維修時先斷開前級電源后，才能開蓋維修。打開端蓋，斷開安全電源插頭，將燈芯部分整體抽出。注意：只有在拔掉插頭后，才能把燈芯部分抽出。把燈管向彈簧側(cè)移動后，可將燈管取下。維修時不得損壞隔爆面，維修后隔爆接合面清理后涂204-1防銹油，將端蓋合上，各部分螺栓（釘）緊固后才能使用；

5.5熒光燈應(yīng)定期檢查，發(fā)現(xiàn)電纜引入裝置的密封圈及密封墊老化變質(zhì)及其他零件損壞應(yīng)及時更換；

5.6帶應(yīng)急功能熒光燈接線應(yīng)使控制器始終處于供電狀態(tài)，給電池充電，斷電時電池組能立即向燈管供電，在出廠后，若沒有使用應(yīng)每隔2~3個月充電一次，充電時間不能少于24h。
