BXM53防爆照明配電箱是根據國家標準GB3836.1～2－83設計和制造的,適用于1區或2區中含有爆炸性混合物Ⅱ類B級T6組及以下的危險場所，作為交流50Hz，額定電壓至380V，分支回路額定電壓380V，且具有過載、失壓、短路保護。

配電箱外殼系采用ＺＬ102鑄造鋁合金制成隔爆型外殼，主腔內裝有電流表、按鈕、指示燈、*轉換開關等元件，并設有獨立的接線箱，使進出線更加安全、方便、連接可靠，采用鋼管或電纜布線方式。

5．1 用戶在安裝之前應檢查配電箱銘牌上所列數據與說明書中基本參數是否相符，并應詳細檢查配電箱內部是否正常，元件是否損壞，導線是否松動、脫落，螺釘是否松動、缺少；

5．2 安裝時應注意電纜由出線套、金屬墊圈、橡膠密封圈依次放入引入裝置內，待接好線以后，將出線套旋緊，使之嚴格密封，再將壓線板安裝好，防止電纜拔脫；

5．3 經檢查無誤以后，接好進出線和內外接地線，即可通電使用；

6．1 配電箱應放置在不能受支陽光直接照射和雨雪淋濕的倉庫中保管，不得傾斜、倒立放置；

6．2 配電箱在運輸過程中應防止劇烈巔簸、振動和受到外力撞擊、磕碰的現象，并按照工作狀態進行放置。
