的保存：
1. 收到抗體后請務必在12000rpm離心20-30s后再打開管蓋進行分裝和保存！
2. 對于abcam大部分抗體，比較合適的保存方式是分裝后保存在低溫下。分裝可以zui大程度的降低反復凍融對抗體活性的損害，同時也降低了由于多次從同一管中吸取抗體造成的污染可能性。
分裝的量以一次實驗用完為好，zui少不能少于10ul每份。因為分裝體積越小，抗體的濃度越可能會受到蒸發以及管壁吸附的影響 。
復融后的分裝抗體如果一次用不完，將剩余母液保存在低溫下，避免再凍起來！
抗體工作液應該當天配制當天用完。避免將抗體保存在自動除霜冰箱中。盡量將抗體保存在冰箱里層，而不是門上
3. 大部分抗體收到后低溫下短暫保存1-2周對抗體活性是沒有影響的。
4. 大部分抗體的運輸條件：一般的運輸過程需要1-2周的時間 （如果使用干冰運輸，那么收到時抗體是凍起來的，為了分裝就需要解凍。這就多了一次凍融的過程）。所以運輸過程中避免干冰運輸！
