目前，智能型CIP就地清洗系統廣泛應用于生物發酵、制藥等對清洗要求較高的行業，以達到衛生無菌的效果。
工作原理
通過設置程序(程序可調)由CIP清洗系統自動配制清洗液，經氣動控制閥與送液泵、回液泵來完成清洗的輸送及回流循環清洗、排放、回收整個清洗過程。通過電導率檢測儀及PLC觸摸屏組成的控制系統達到了自動在線清洗。
系統組成
智能型CIP系統為一集成系統，包含注射水罐、CIP罐、板式換熱器、管道過濾器、送液泵、回液泵、溫度控制儀、液位控制儀、電導率檢測儀、PLC觸摸屏、控制柜及系統管閥件等組成。

設備說明
CIP系統的全稱為Cleaning in place System,中文名稱譯為在線就地清洗系統，是指生產設備(罐體、管道、泵等)及整個生產線在無需人工拆開或打開的前提下，在閉合的回路中進行循環清洗、消毒。適用用于乳品、飲料、酒類、農副產品加工等行業的設備和管道的清洗。
CIP清洗系統由酸液罐、堿液罐、熱水罐、純水罐、。回水罐、消毒水罐以及濃酸罐、濃堿罐和換熱器、進程泵及相應閥門管件組成。可按工藝需求配置相應罐，在一般場合只需使用酸液罐、堿液罐、熱水罐三罐制的CIP系統就可滿足清洗要 求。
我公司生產的CIP系統具有安全、節能、高效、操作維護方便等特點。主要有:①手動CIP站;②半自動CIP站; ③ 自動CIP站系統; ④自動配料前處理系統自動CIP,更為、自動化程度，可靠性、安全性更高，可以實現整條生產線信息數據的采集、交換并可以完成他們之間的聯動。以上CIP的結構方式有聯體和分體兩種方式; 這兩種結構的CIP的加熱方式各有四種加熱方式: 板式加熱、列管加熱、盤管加熱、直通加熱; 聯體的CIP系統有從一回路到三回路、罐容積從T到5T的各種規格。分體式的CIP系統有從一回路到六回路、罐容積從1T到10T的各種規格。

CIP cleaning system ls composed of acidtanks,alkali tanks,hot-water tanks,pure-water tanks,back-watertanks,disinfect-water tanks,thick-acid tanks,thick-alkali tanks,heatexchanger,pumps,peripheral valves and pipes.These tanks can be allocatedaccording to technical requirements. Generally,the CIP system only comprisingacid tanks,alkali tanks and hot-water tanks is sufficient for requirements ofcleaning.

Thestructures of CIP can be divided into joint type and split type.The CIP systemsof the two types,for each type,there are four types of heating: plate heating,linedpipe heating,coil-pipe heating,ａnd through heating.The joint type of CIP systemhas specifications from one-loop to three-loop and tank volume from 1T to5T.The split type of CIP system has specifications from one- loop to six-loopａnd tank volume from 1T to 10T.
