The material adjustor is widely used in building material, mining, metallurgy, oil chemical and electric power industries etc. it adjusts, absorbs and slows the impact and powder rising, which is aroused by the material falling from high altitude. It is used in the system of material processing, transporting and filtering. The material slide to the receiver device equably, calmly and regularly. The type of the adjustor is various and the applicability is wide. There is no need to setup other material cushion device and guiding device when the adjustor is installed in working system.

物料調(diào)節(jié)器是在總結(jié)以往各類型物料卸灰、調(diào)節(jié)設(shè)備的基礎(chǔ)上研制開發(fā)的新式、*的系列產(chǎn)品，結(jié)構(gòu)采用杠桿原理，的傳動(dòng)方式，封閉式的外形，使之具有外形緊湊，啟閉靈活，耐磨損、生產(chǎn)運(yùn)行安全可靠、使用壽命長等特點(diǎn)。本調(diào)節(jié)器可使下落的物料所產(chǎn)生的飛揚(yáng)粉塵圍困在調(diào)節(jié)器腔體內(nèi)，作無規(guī)則運(yùn)動(dòng)，粉塵之間相互碰撞使其運(yùn)動(dòng)逐漸衰減直至靜止，粉塵不能溢出污染環(huán)境，為獲得一個(gè)較好的生產(chǎn)環(huán)境而創(chuàng)造了有利的條件。

The adjustor is the newest and most advanced product which is designed on the base of all kinds of material discharging and adjusting equipment. The structure makes use of lever principle. The transmission type is particular and the figure is close. It has features of compact structure, flexible open and close, endurance, reliable operation and long life etc. The flying powder dust of falling material can be closed in the body. The pumping among dust grain can reduce the moving until dust is im. Dust can not overflow to pollute environment so we can have a good operating circumstance.

調(diào)節(jié)器密封腔體容器內(nèi)，設(shè)有可自動(dòng)開啟、關(guān)閉，轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)靈活可靠并具有抗沖擊、抗振動(dòng)、耐磨損能力的擋板。擋板的運(yùn)行由帶有一配重塊的連桿來實(shí)現(xiàn)，連桿及配重塊均封閉于兩側(cè)箱體內(nèi)。當(dāng)調(diào)節(jié)器存有一定量的物料時(shí)，擋板便自動(dòng)打開，物料順著擋板開口自然、均勻、平穩(wěn)地溜下，粉塵仍然封存于調(diào)節(jié)器內(nèi)不能溢出。調(diào)節(jié)器的減振裝置消除了擋板及配重塊在開啟、關(guān)閉過程中的振力。

The baffle is set in the sealing body of adjustor, which can open or close automatically, running freely. The baffle also can resist impact and quiver and the ability of anti-abrasion is great. The baffle is controlled by the connecting pole with a heavy block. The connecting pole and heavy block are closed in the body on two sides. The baffle can open automatically when there is some material in the adjustor. The material slip along the baffle smoothly and powder dust is remained in the body. The shock absorber can clear the shock force which is produced when the baffle and heavy block open and close.

使用說明：

Usage explanation

l  安裝前必須清潔閥門內(nèi)腔，不允許有任何雜物和污垢附著。

l  安裝前先檢查閥門各傳動(dòng)部分是否完好，試運(yùn)行無誤后將閥門處于全閉狀態(tài)再進(jìn)行安裝。

l  法蘭連接時(shí)兩法蘭間必須加密封墊，然后均勻鎖緊聯(lián)接螺栓。

l  根據(jù)客戶實(shí)際工況需要調(diào)整配重塊來保證下料量及下料頻率。

l   The body must be cleaned before installed and there is no dirt and sundries clinging to the body

l   Check the transmission part before install. Close the valve and install the valve after there is no mistake.

l   Add sealed shim between the two flanges. Lock down the connecting bolt after add sealing washer.

l   Adjust the heavy block according to the working condition of user to ensure the feeding amount and feeding frequency.

運(yùn)輸及保管：

Transportation and protection

l  運(yùn)輸時(shí)避免撞擊調(diào)節(jié)器，調(diào)節(jié)器擋板應(yīng)處于全閉位置，以防在運(yùn)輸中擋板及傳動(dòng)部件損壞。

l  運(yùn)輸時(shí)傳動(dòng)部位應(yīng)作防潮、防雨處理。

l  調(diào)節(jié)器應(yīng)存放在干燥的室內(nèi)，不允許露天存放或堆置。

l  調(diào)節(jié)器長期存放時(shí)應(yīng)使設(shè)備處于關(guān)閉狀態(tài)，各傳動(dòng)部位加潤滑油,作防潮、防塵處理。

l   Avoid bumping and the baffle is in full close in order to avoid damage of baffle and driving part

l   Treatment of dampproof and vainproof should be done to transmission part when transport.

l   The adjustor should be stored in dry room and can not be stored or piled up in open air.

l   It should be in full close state when long stored. Add lubrication to the transmission part and the device should be dampproof and dustproof.

維護(hù)及檢修：

Maintenance and examination

l  定期檢查各傳動(dòng)部位的運(yùn)行情況。

l  定期給各傳動(dòng)部位加潤滑油。

l  每次檢修后，應(yīng)重新調(diào)整配重設(shè)施，對(duì)檢修情況作記錄。

l   Examine the operation condition of transmission parts regularly.

l   Add lubricant to transmission parts regularly.

l   Adjust heavy device and note the examination result after examining.
