環(huán)境模擬裝置噴淋有效面積約2000×6000mm，噴嘴做工精細，具有耐酸堿鹽防腐蝕功能。
環(huán)境模擬裝置進水裝置前配置凈化設備,能實現(xiàn)凈化功能的設備，避免噴淋裝置堵塞。

說明：噴雨設備必須滿足距產(chǎn)品安裝zui短距離H不小于1.5米，并且能降下滿足招標技術文件要求的降雨。

5、（人工氣候試驗室）仿真模擬設備系統(tǒng)裝置
設備結構及功能: This device structure and function
(1) 雨水模擬噴淋器采用SUS316#不銹鋼材質(zhì)制作，做工精細，具有耐酸堿鹽防腐蝕功能，噴頭內(nèi)套鑲紅寶石，其連續(xù)使用壽命可長達5-10年。
(2) 噴嘴結構采用*的設計，使其噴射不連續(xù)線狀(雨點狀)水平距離六米以內(nèi)無水霧，噴射方向±30度水平角電控可調(diào),變頻控制與電磁閥控制結合,模擬降雨量從0.2～250mm(雨霧、小雨、中雨、大雨、暴雨、特大暴雨)之間實現(xiàn)任意無級調(diào)節(jié)。根據(jù)需求，以后本裝置還可以改造升級，還能進行污穢、塵埃、霜凍及冰雪等自然災害狀況的模擬。
(3) 設備結構
本淋水系統(tǒng)裝置由如下3部份組合而成。

3)：噴頭仰、俯角度由低速電機傳動控制，角度精確。
4)：噴頭點陣框架可電動控制在兩個方向軸上±90度轉動，實現(xiàn)水平噴雨與豎直噴雨的需求。
5):每排(10個噴頭)各由一個電動開關閥門控制，共26個電動開關閥門。
6):噴雨器與底架之間采用高壓絕緣的方式連接。

2): 采用流量8m³/h、揚程25米的小型水泵加壓加溫噴淋，并以變頻調(diào)節(jié)控制，能保證模擬噴雨量在0.2～250mm精確控制。
3): 供水部分需安裝便于維護的過濾裝置（過濾網(wǎng)等）及凈化裝置，確保水路不被雜物或者水垢堵塞。
